About Rainbow League:
The Rainbow League is an LGBTQIA+ community safe space that invites members to participate and share in all the fun that comes with team sports, team cheers, matching uniforms, snack tables, and great people. Whether you’re a weekend warrior or just looking to get active and meet new people, this is the league for you. This is a recreational / social league. All skill levels are welcome. Here’s a taste of what our dodgeball community is all about.

Day of the Week: Wednesday
Times: 7-9pm
Location: Yesler Community Center
Start and End Dates: January 25 – March 15 (Playoffs on the final night)
Format: 8 week season. 12min Matches in Regular Season.
Registration Opens: December 28th
Early Bird Registration: $45, deadline January 4th midnight
Registration Deadline: $55, deadline January 10th midnight
Player Cap:
We are back to playing at Yesler Community Center. There will be three courts playing simultaneously and nine teams in the league. We will be capping our league at 81 players.
ABOUT THE GAME
- 7″ Foam Balls
- 9v9 games
- Teams play 4-5 matches a night
- Teams will be drafted
BASIC RULES
- Headshots on standing players are illegal
- Deflections off balls are live
- Finger blocks are okay.
- Lines are lava

SPIRIT
We play by the honors system. If you get hit, go out. Court officials will be there just in case you miss something.
This is a rec / social league. Having fun is our priority. We really love our dodgeball and don’t cry over results. We laugh, we dodge, we wear costumes, and we like to go out together for food and drink afterwards.
